Amendments That I Propose

The Client Presentation had three large issues with the Public Committee Interaction Hub and they were:

1. Natural Lighting in the Underground Spaces
2. Storage Facilities for the Ground Level Cafe Seating/ Flexible Space (Presentations, Dinners, Galas and other Events)
3. Service and Deliveries Access for the Back of House Ground Level and Underground Level Spaces
4. Size of the Entrance to the Hub

Considerations for these issues are:

1. Shaft through the Floor and the below roofing to allow some natural lighting into these spaces, make the space more pleasant and workable
2. Addition of an adjacent room for storage at the Back of House of the Ground Level, to store any chairs, tables or other equipment for this space.  It will be accessible through the Center Core Room, through bi-folding doors
3. Addition of a Service and Delivery Truck/ Van drop off zoning space out the Front of the Hub on Parliament Drive, with 24/7 availability.  This is for the Delivery of stock or equipment and also the service needs for the Ground or Underground Levels
4. The current entrance size is possibly too small and may limit access to the Hub, so with the addition of another Lift to the Entrance will allow for greater amounts of entry, as well as the exisiting stairwell access adjacent to this lift and floor access
